What’s the difference between Outliers and Outliers Elite?
Both plans include the full Academy library and a seat in the monthly hot-seat coaching call, with every session recorded. Outliers is “watch me coach” — you learn from every deal in the room. Elite is “get coached” — you take your own turn in the hot seat, get small-group coaching, and get priority deal reviews between calls.
Do I need to have taken a cohort to join?
No. Outliers is open to any B2B rep who wants ongoing coaching and the full course library. Cohort graduates roll straight in to keep their skills sharp, but plenty of members find Outliers through the podcast or the courses.
What actually happens on the monthly coaching call?
A real rep brings a real deal, objection, or prospecting challenge. Derek coaches it live while everyone learns. You submit the situations you want covered ahead of time, and the recording is added to your library afterward.
Is the whole course library really included?
